If for any reason your order does not meet your expectations, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns

Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, or promotional gifts.

Products that show signs of wear, alteration, or misuse cannot be accepted.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal beauty tools (e.g., hair stylers, brushes, and lash curlers) may only be returned if unopened and unused.
Return Procedure

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with a return authorization and instructions.

Pack the product securely and send it back to the designated return address provided in your return email.
Refund Processing

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was defective or damaged upon arrival.
